About DonOmite Mindfulness

This project grew out of lived experience with PTSD, a deep respect for trauma, and a belief that people deserve tools that don’t minimize what they’ve been through.

Mindfulness here is not about “just relax” or pretending everything is fine. It’s about offering your nervous system a few tiny signals of safety it can actually accept — a grounded breath, a real sound in the room, the feeling of your feet on the floor.

The practices and products on this site are designed to be:

  • Short and doable, even on hard days
  • Respectful of trauma and hypervigilance
  • Flexible: you can always pause, stop, or modify
  • Compatible with therapy, medication, or other supports

This site is not a replacement for therapy or medical care, but it can be one more ally on your path.
